  • An understanding of your body type from Ayurvedic perspective

  • How to change your foods for increased energy

  • Understanding the concept of Prana (universal energy) and how our 'day' to 'day' energy is shaped by it

  • Discover why you can meet your daily calorie needs and still feel fatigue

  • Understand incompatible food combinations

  • Learn how to regulate nervous system to feel energetic

  • Recognize how your constitution shapes your stamina and stress response

  • Understand Pranayama and how you breathe matters from energy point of view

    In a nutshell, this workshop is designed to provide a clear understanding of energy from both scientific and traditional perspectives. It aims to bridge the gap in knowledge needed to function at full capacity without constantly feeling tired. It will also explore different body types and help you understand how to identify your own. In addition, we will discuss how incorrect food combinations can contribute to low energy levels. There will be knowledge provided on "Why" and "How"
