In a nutshell, this workshop is designed to provide a clear understanding of energy from both scientific and traditional perspectives. It aims to bridge the gap in knowledge needed to function at full capacity without constantly feeling tired. It will also explore different body types and help you understand how to identify your own. In addition, we will discuss how incorrect food combinations can contribute to low energy levels. There will be knowledge provided on "Why" and "How"
